🔁 First: Return Policy
- Products (devices or oils) can only be returned if they are completely unused and retain their original packaging and all contents.
- The customer is responsible for shipping fees (to and from) in the case of a return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of receiving the product and confirming its condition.
- After verifying the product's condition, we will contact the customer to request bank card details for the refund, after deducting shipping fees.
- No returns will be accepted for any device that has been operated or any essential oil that has been opened or used.
Important Note:
This policy does not mean our products are unreliable or of poor performance. On the contrary, we are proud of the quality of our devices and the satisfaction of thousands of customers. However, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives a completely new and unused product, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
🔂 Second: Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available if the product is completely unused and remains in its original condition.
- Exchanges are subject to the same terms as returns regarding shipping fees and inspection.
🛡 Third: Warranty Policy
- All devices include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects or technical malfunctions.
- The warranty does not cover breakages or misuse.
- The warranty will be voided if essential oils not specifically from the Azzas store are used, as our approved oils are specially designed to provide the best performance and protection for the device.
