Terms of Service – Azzas Store
Welcome to Azzas Store. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Use of the Website
- The website is dedicated to displaying and selling Azzas products only.
- We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is completed (for online payments).
- For Cash on Delivery service (if available), the order must be received by the customer.
- Prices include VAT (where applicable) and are displayed in the local currency.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days within the UAE, depending on the emirate and courier workload.
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address and an active phone number.
4. Returns and Exchanges
- Used products cannot be returned or exchanged (especially devices and fragrance oils).
- Products may be returned or exchanged only if unused and in their original condition. In this case, the customer bears the round-trip delivery cost.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
5. Warranty
- All devices come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or breakage.
- Using fragrance oils not supplied by Azzas voids the warranty.
6. Liability
- Azzas is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the products.
- All products must be used according to the instructions provided.
